The Rotary Club of Beverly Hills saluted outgoing President Charles L. Black III at its end of the year luncheon on June 27. Highlights included a video tribute to Black, the presentation of plaques by the cities of Beverly Hills and West Hollywood and a musical serenade led by West Hollywood City Councilmember Lindsey Horvath and Vice Chair of the Recreation and Parks Commission and Past Rotary President Myra Lurie.
