Beverly Hills City Employee Roy Perez was recognized on Aug. 7 by Mayor Dr. Julian Gold and Beverly Hills Police Chief Mark Stainbrook for “seeing something and saying something.” Last month Perez prevented a crime at a private residence by phoning the Beverly Hills Police Department to report suspicious activity. Police responded and arrested an individual for burglary and other charges.
