In a tribute to Queen Elizabeth II, Britain’s longest-reigning monarch who died Sept. 8 at the age of 96, the local British Consulate will provide a memorial book for mourners to sign. The book will contain photos of Queen Elizabeth II, with pages of space for individuals to write messages. It will be publicly accessible in the lobby of its Los Angeles office (2029 Century Park East) beginning Sept. 9 for 10 days.
