Dr. Barry Pressman addressed the Rotary Club of Beverly Hills Oct. 16 luncheon on a topic of importance to everyone-water. A former member of the Beverly Hills Public Works Commission, Pressman has repre- sented the city of Beverly Hills on the board of the Metropolitan Water District (MWD) of Southern California for the past six years. The largest water district in the country, the MWD covers 19 million people in six counties and is comprised of 26 member agencies. Beverly Hills is one of its founding members.
