Beverly Hills Unified School District (BHUSD) has announced that Beverly Hills High School (BHHS) Principal Drew Stewart will leave his position at the end of the school year. Stewart has accepted a new position with the Lawndale Elementary School District, which will significantly reduce his daily commute. The move will allow him to spend more meaningful time with his family.
“Stewart’s love for the Beverly Hills community is strong. His leadership has been marked by compassion, consistency, and a deep belief in the potential of every learner. BHUSD is deeply grateful for his years of service, his commitment to our students, and the impact he has had on the BHHS community,” said a May 2 statement from the district.
