The Beverly Hills Cultural Heritage Commission approved a preliminary consideration for the Good Shepherd Catholic School for placement on the city’s Register of Historic Properties.

The school, located on the northeast corner of South Linden Drive and Charleville Boulevard, was built in 1930 by architect M. L. Barker. Originally the Beverly Hills Catholic School, the site now serves as the parochial school for the Church of the Good Shepherd. As the only Catholic school in Beverly Hills, the property has had continuous educational use since its founding.
