Approximately 40 residents attended a community input meeting at the La Cienega Park Community Center on July 28 on a proposed affordable senior housing development planned for 327-355 S. Robertson Blvd.

The project would be a five-story, 62-unit affordable senior housing development with three underground parking levels and a rooftop garden. The building would stand at 55 feet tall. The building’s floor plan features six 600-square-foot units on each side of each floor, allowing for maximum natural light and ventilation, according to Zoltan Pali, a principal architect at SPF:architects, the firm designing the project.
