The Beverly Hills City Council rejected an appeal from Carthay Beverly Hills Neighbors challenging an approved multifamily Builder’s Remedy residential development located at 232 Tower Drive at its regular session on July 21.
The council unanimously voted 4-0 to reject the appeal. Councilmember Sharona Nazarian was absent.
