On July 20, Mayor Craig Corman held the first installment of his “Mayor’s Circuit” initiative at the office of Ervin Cohen & Jessup LLP (ECJ) in Beverly Hills. As discussed in his inaugural address, Corman plans to use these meetings as a way of strengthening connections with community members.
Many of Corman’s predecessors hosted conversational, community-oriented events throughout their tenure. Former mayor Sharona Nazarian hosted “Spotlight with Sharona” and three-time former mayor Lili Bosse held “Live with Lili” town hall-style events. Corman’s program focuses on more intimate conversations with residents, allowing their unique perspectives to be heard.
