The Rotary Club of Beverly Hills heard updates from representatives of One Beverly Hills and the Metro at its Aug. 17 meeting.
Larry Green, the managing director of Cain Development, offered an update on the progress of One Beverly Hills. Noting that construction crews have been working on the Beverly Hilton, he said that the pool will be open by the summer of 2027 along with “cabana rooms, meeting space, a loading dock, parking and other infrastructure.”
