A former teacher at the Beverly Hills Unified School District (BHUSD) has filed a lawsuit against the district alleging violations of California’s labor, education and civil codes, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
The suit was filed by Joanie Garratt in Los Angeles Superior Court on Aug. 17.
