As the race for the Beverly Hills Unified School District (BHUSD) Board of Education gets underway, multiple candidates have reported the theft of campaign lawn signs.
“I have dozens of people texting and calling me saying that their signs are gone,” said candidate Jackie Kruger, an attorney and local parent. “Even during our campaign kickoff, people were saying, ‘I came to your campaign event and when I came back, my sign was no longer on my lawn.’ So, it’s happening a lot.”
