Jackie Kruger, a candidate for the Beverly Hills Unified School District (BHUSD) Board of Education, has obtained a temporary restraining order (TRO) against fellow BHUSD Board candidate David Cienfuegos on behalf of herself and several of her family members.
Cienfuegos filed a subsequent request for a temporary restraining order against Kruger’s minor son. The request was denied by a Los Angeles County Superior Court judge pending an Oct. 28 hearing scheduled in Los Angeles Superior Court.
