The city of Beverly Hills has agreed in a settlement to process the application of a Builder’s Remedy project at 140 S. Camden Drive and to pay the applicant’s attorney’s fees.

The settlement was reached between developer Wilshire Camden, LLC and the city in December 2025. It brings to an end litigation filed as a writ of mandate against the city in June 2025 in Los Angeles Superior Court regarding the application for a 15-story residential development project.
