Jared Gonzales, a middle school math teacher at Yavneh Hebrew Academy, is running for a seat on the Beverly Hills Unified School District (BHUSD) Board of Education.
Two seats on the Board of Education will be contested in the Nov. 3 election, including those currently held by Board President Judy Manouchehri and Board Member Rachelle Marcus. Marcus told the Courier that after working in the district for 63 years, she has decided not to run for a third term on the board.
