The Beverly Hills Planning Commission at its July 23 meeting conditionally approved a request for a development plan review and vesting tentative tract map for a 15-story, multi-family residential development at 140 South Camden Drive.
An application for the project was initially filed with the city by developer Wilshire Camden, LLC in September 2024 and was deemed complete in March.
