On Aug. 6, attorney Daniel Lifschitz filed an Ex Parte Application to Compel the Beverly Hills Unified School District (BHUSD), its president Judy Manouchehri, vice president Sigalie Sabag and board member Russell Stuart (collectively, “the defendants”) to comply with a previous court order of July 21, 2026, which Lifschitz claims has already been repeatedly violated.
The application is set for hearing on Aug. 7, 2026.
