Los Angeles County Supervisor Lindsey Horvath addressed the Aug. 3 Rotary Club of Beverly Hills luncheon, discussing topics ranging from homelessness to the new county executive position, emergency management and affordability.
Horvath, who in June won her reelection bid to represent the county’s 3rd District, emphasized her efforts to tackle these issues in a meaningful way.
