The Beverly Hills City Council at its Aug. 11 meeting moved forward with an ordinance to amend the city’s municipal code to reduce speed limits on a wide swath of streets throughout the city.
The change will heavily affect roadways in the Business Triangle, reducing speed limits on parts of Bedford Drive, Beverly Drive, Brighton Way, Camden Drive, Canon Drive, Clifton Way, Crescent Drive, Dayton Way, Linden Drive, Rexford Drive, Rodeo Drive and Roxbury Drive from 25 mph to 20 mph.
