The Beverly Hills City Council at its Sept. 1 meeting unanimously approved an option to ground lease city-owned property at 327-335 S. Robertson Blvd. to Robertson Sunflower LLC, which is slated to develop 100% senior affordable housing on the land.
The lease would be exercisable between Sept. 1 of this year and June 21, 2027. Robertson Sunflower LLC is owned by developer West Hollywood Community Housing Corporation (WHCHC).
