Millennium Partners Los Angeles has filed an application with the city of Beverly Hills to build a 34-story mixed-use building at the intersection of Wilshire and San Vicente Boulevards.
During the Jan. 30 Planning Commission Special Meeting, the commission voted to prohibit the installation of synthetic turf in residential front yards, following a recent change in state law regarding synthetic turf.

In the closing minutes of its April 28 meeting, the Beverly Hills Planning Commission unanimously approved a vesting tract map for the One Beverly Hills luxury hotel and condominium project, a largely procedural move that brings the project closer to fruition.
