The evening of March 3 saw city officials gather for a scene unfamiliar for many months: a ribbon cutting ceremony. In a time marked by store closures and economic uncertainty for the hospitality industry, the Beverly Wilshire restaurant THEBlvd opened an outdoor pop-up eatery called THEBlvd Privé.
