A 19-year-old Beverly Hills man has been charged with murder after an altercation in an alley left another man dead on Aug. 30, according to the Beverly Hills Police Department (BHPD).

The Beverly Hills City Council at its Sept. 1 meeting unanimously approved an option to ground lease city-owned property at 327-335 S. Robertson Blvd. to Robertson Sunflower LLC, which is slated to develop 100% senior affordable housing on the land.
