Ten days after Beverly Hills went to the polls, Sharona Nazarian continues to lead the race for Beverly Hills City Council with 26.98% of votes.

Beverly Hills Mayor Craig Corman and the City Council, along with the Cultural Heritage Commission, hosted the inaugural Historic Preservation Awards Program on May 27.

The Beverly Hills Planning Commission at its May 28 meeting conditionally approved a request for a development plan review and density bonus permit to allow for the construction of a new seven-story, 14-unit multifamily residential building located at 349 North Oakhurst Drive.
